Toxic Bag's main recording studio, Single Coil Studio, is based around a ProTools LE system with a Digi002 control surface. Soft-synth and sampling is available via Garritan Personal Orchestra and Reason 4. We also have an extensive sound effects library including sounds from Hollywood Edge, Sound Ideas, Lucasfilm and hundreds of custom sounds created over the years for various Toxic Bag projects. Video editing is done with Final Cut HD Express.
We use microphones by Neumann, Shure, Electro-Voice and AKG, plus a few odds and ends. Outboard includes a vintage Roland SRE-555 tape echo and Lexicon LXP-1 reverb, as well as microphone preamps by Focusrite, Studer and Ampex. Monitors are Roland DS-90 digital speakers and vintage Auratones. too.
