Production Services

Toxic Bag Productions can provide recording and sound design services for theatre, film, radio, podcasting, and musicians. We offer post-production as well as location recording. Our studio, Single Coil Sound, features a ProTools LE system as well as Final Cut Express HD for video editing.

Theatre -- Toxic Bag has worked with theatre companies and colleges to create sound design and music for over three dozen plays and dance pieces in the Chicago area. For a complete listing of shows and sound samples, visit our theatre page.

Film -- We have done location recording, post-production sound design and scoring for several independent films. In addition to drawing from our extensive sound effects library, we can also create original effects and Foley. We're currently in post-production on our first original short, "The Cellar Job," in collaboration with Blues Wind Entertainment.

Podcasting -- This interwebs thing has really caught on quick! Toxic Bag engineers have produced podcasts for Chicago's Speaking Ring Theatre, Creot Radio, The Radio Hour, SustainableUSA and Computer Discount Warehouse.

Music -- We've recorded albums, demos and songs for a bunch of independent artists including Braintree, TimmyG, The Radio Hour, Question of Honour, Eddie and the Panes, Dubtronics, Dylan Casey and Avocado Jungle Fuzz. Click here for our music production demo.
